How can I order and pay for photographs?

Photographs can be ordered online , by phone on phone 01324
883305. Payment can be made by credit card, cheque ( in
pounds sterling) , Western Union Money Transfer or postal
order. We accept Access , Visa and Switch . All orders are
sent with a receipt enclosed.

Does the company deliver outside the UK?
A.
Yes , we deliver to the USA, Canada, Australia . Deliveries
to other countries are made , subject to standard security
procedures,

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery in the Uk is £1 . Delivery for posters and
small orders outside the UK is £1.60 / $ 2.40 .
Delivery outside the UK is £6 / $10. Shipping to the
UK, US and Canada is free on selected 30 by 20
prints.

it?

Photogold is committed to providing customer service of the
highest standard. In addition to the product guarantee, a
credit card order gives extra safeguards. If you order a
picture and do not receive it your credit card company will
give a refund without question.

How long does delivery take?
A.
Posters are sent within 24 hours of receipt of order.
Photograph sizes 5 by 7 inch up to 16 by 11 are sent by
first class post within 2 working days of receipt of the
order.
Photograph sizes 18 by 12 inch and larger , mouse mats ,
T-shirts and mugs are sent by first class post within 7
working days of receipt of the order.
For orders outside the UK, please allow an extra five to
seven days.

We are now introducing a range of mounted photographs in a
variety of sizes.Photogold does not sell framed
photographs.If you order a mounted picture you have the
option of picking the frame of your choice for it at a local
framer.
